Integrity warning

The whistleblower is any person in Audit IT&C SRL who makes a report in good faith or publicly discloses information on violations of the law obtained in a professional context.

  • The principles governing the protection of reports of violations of the law, in accordance with the provisions of art. 4 of Law no. 361/2022 are as follows:
    • a) principle of legality;
    • b) the principle of accountability;
    • c) the principle of impartiality;
    • d) the principle of good administration;
    • e) the principle of balance;
    • f) the principle of good faith.
  • Facts that constitute violations of the law are stipulated in art. 3 of Law no. 361/2022.
  • Evidence of reporting at Audit IT&C SRL will be realized according to art. 7 of the Law no. 361/2022, through the register where the reports are entered.
  • Who can report: At the level Audit IT&C SRL, any person employed in the company, who fulfills the following conditions, may be a whistleblower:
    • reports in good faith alleged/potential breaches of the law, professional ethics or the principles of good administration, efficiency, effectiveness, economy and transparency;
    • makes a complaint about any of the facts listed above;
    • is acting in good faith, being convinced of the reality of the facts or that the act constitutes a breach of the law.

Reporting to the Ethics and Integrity Counselor will be done in one of the following ways:

  • a.on paper transmitted in any way to the company's registry, at the address: 69, Alexei Tolstoi Street, Bacău, in a sealed envelope marked "CONFIDENTIAL - for the attention of the Ethics and Integrity Counselor"; In order to ensure full confidentiality of the report, the employee-registrar of the company will be instructed not to open the envelopes bearing the above-mentioned inscription and to hand them directly to the Ethics and Integrity Counselor;
  • b.in electronic format, by sending an e-mail to: [email protected];
  • c. by face-to-face meeting with the Ethics and Integrity Counselor, at the request of the public interest whistleblower;
